Local insulation across Northern Arizona
From our home base in Flagstaff to Munds Park, Williams, and the surrounding ponderosa-pine high country, we insulate homes for genuine high-elevation winters — and we tune every job to the town, the elevation, and the way these homes are built. Here's where we work.

Flagstaff, AZ
Our home base at nearly 7,000 feet — from historic Southside homes to newer builds on the east side, insulated for real high-country winters and some of the heaviest snowfall in Arizona.

Roughly 2,300+ feet lower than Flagstaff in Oak Creek Canyon, with a notably milder, warmer climate and far less snow — spray foam still delivers real energy savings here, just with a lighter cold-season target than Flagstaff proper.

Insulation built for Phoenix's desert heat doesn't work here. Flagstaff and most of our service area sit at 6,500-7,100+ feet, in IECC Climate Zone 5B — a genuinely cold, snow-heavy mountain climate. Homes here need higher R-values, tighter air-sealing, and real ice-dam and freeze-protection strategy, not a copy-pasted "Arizona" template built for a different climate entirely.
Sedona is the one exception on our service list worth calling out directly: it sits roughly 2,300+ feet lower than Flagstaff in Oak Creek Canyon, with a noticeably milder, warmer climate and far less snow. We still deliver real energy savings there through proper air-sealing and insulation — we just don't apply Flagstaff's heavy-snow, ice-dam-focused approach to a Sedona home, because that home is facing a genuinely different climate.
Whether you're in Flagstaff proper, Munds Park, Williams, Kachina Village, Mountainaire, Doney Park, Fort Valley, Bellemont, or Parks, you get the same thing: a careful assessment, honest advice about what your home actually needs, a clean professional installation, and a warmer, more efficient home at the end of it.
